Yannick is a young runner who has gone blind. He partners with Leila, a recently released convict and they begin to run together. Yannick and Leila meet on the racetrack, become running mates and eventually they fall in love. As they begin to spend more time together, both on and off the track, a relationship blossoms but is met with adversity and distrust by their families.
