A la fresca’s WAVE program gives underserved youth access and opportunities the founders wish they had. Through mentorship and apprenticeship, young creatives lacking accessible pathways into the media and entertainment industry will gain much-needed exposure. This exposure, whether or not they decide to pursue a career in our industry, benefits these individuals in profoundly uplifting ways. This positive energy is then taken back into their neighborhoods, and like a wave, proliferates throughout the community.
