Researchers at Oregon State University are inviting disabled Asian American (South Asian, East Asian, and Southeast Asian) adults to participate in a study.

About the study:
Participants will complete a 30-45 minute online survey.
We will ask you questions about your attitudes about culture and disability.

Eligibility – must meet all of the following:
• Be over 18 years of age
• Identify as having a disability (inclusive of all disabilities)
• Identify as Asian American (East Asian, Southeast Asian, or South Asian)

About the researchers:
Sydney Tran, M.S. (she.they). Sydney Tran is a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Psychology
department working in Dr. Bogart’s Disability and Social Interaction Lab. Her research focuses on disability, ableism, and mental health, with a particular interest in cultural factors that influence disability beliefs. Contact [email protected] for questions/concerns

PI: Kathleen Bogart, Ph.D. (she/her). Dr. Bogart is a social/health psychologist with expertise in disability, ableism, and rare disorder research. She is the co-founder of the Disability Advocacy Research Network and OSU’s Disabled Students Union. She identifies as a disabled person and has conducted disability research for over 15 years.
