Kirsti Mouncey (she/her)

Kirsti Mouncey, LISW-S, currently serves as the President &amp; CEO at the Collaborative to End Human Trafficking. Before that, she held the position of Chief Program Officer at Cleveland Rape Crisis Center where she developed innovative programs for survivors of rape, sexual abuse and human trafficking for 15 years. Motivated by a vision of a world fee of violence, she takes pride in driving organizational transformation and multisystemic collaboration. As subject matter expert on integrative trauma-informed/individual centered care and the impact of trauma on individuals, she trains and consults on this approach across multi-disciplinary industries. Kirsti’s personal lived experience include being a woman with a disability and an immigrant. Her leadership has been recognized by the National Sexual Violence Resource Center with the Visionary Voice Award in 2016. She was inducted into the as Case Western Reserve University Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences Hall of Achievements in 2017, where she is an Adjunct Professor. Kirsti holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University, and is a Licensed Independent Social Work Supervisor in the State of Ohio.
