The ReelAbilities community celebrates the life and legacy of David Linton, whose distinctive voice and vibrant spirit brought countless films to life through the art of audio description. David transformed visual cues into vivid narratives with the same enthusiasm he brought to everything he did--from teaching at Marymount Manhattan College to performing with Fireside Mystery Theatre to showing off his dance moves at Rockefeller Center's ice rink.  His example lives on in the dozens of films he helped make accessible and in the hearts of all who knew him, embodying what ReelAbilities stands for: Making art accessible to all, while embracing the nuances that honor the work—and each person experiencing it—as uniquely individual, just as he was. Through personal stories and memories, join us to honor his impact.
