Caroline Croft Estay has been involved in the disability advocacy world since 1999 as an independent case manager, skills trainer and advocate. She is a Co-founder of Vertical Harvest and served as its first Director of Human Resources. During that time, she facilitated teaching and training of her Grow Well Employment Model. That model focuses on innovative teaching techniques and hands-on learning to enhance employees’ professional and personal lives and strengthen community connections. Caroline was recently named Vertical Harvest’s Director of Diversity and Inclusion. In her free time, Caroline enjoys spontaneous adventures with her family in the Tetons.
