Maddy Corner is a director and filmmaker from South London. Her debut short film Circle Hook premiered at the BIFA-qualifying Cornwall Film Festival, where it was runner-up for Best Film. Her credits include Associate Producer on the IFTA-nominated short Farmers?!, and she has produced internationally with Punchdrunk and playwright Nassim Soleimanpour, as well as with Rematch, HAUS Pictures and PULSE Films. In theatre, Maddy has directed critically acclaimed, OFFIE Award-winning work that has toured the UK with support from Arts Council England. She co-founded Slime and Pies, a company specialising in creatively captioned theatre. Her work centres accessible storytelling and inclusive creative practice. Maddy trained at Drama Centre London.
