GUEST BIO
Hannah Forest Briand
Rearranged
Hannah Forest Briand is a queer francophone artist based in Toronto, working across writing, producing, and acting. Her work is driven by a commitment to representation and to creating space for stories from underrepresented communities, often exploring the intersection of personal experience and broader social questions.
As a writer, she was selected as a fellowship recipient in the ÉCLO program (TFO x INIS), where she developed an animated television series. She has also worked as a screenwriter with Moi & Dave on a comedy web series. As a producer, she produced several projects including the short film Rearranged, featuring legally blind actor Bruce Horak, reflecting her interest in supporting projects that foreground perspectives that are not often centered on screen.
Across mediums, Hannah is drawn to collaborative storytelling and to building work that reflects the diversity and complexity of lived experience.
