Francile Mullen is the Co-CEO and Executive Director of Shine Global, a non-profit media company with the mission to improve children’s lives by telling powerful stories that raise awareness, promote action, and inspire change. Her diverse career spans across the arts, education, and nonprofit leadership including as Deputy Executive Director and Director of Education at The Picture House Regional Film Center in Pelham and serving as an appointed member of the Westchester Women’s Advisory Board and chairing the Village of Pelham Council on the Arts.
