Ursula Macfarlane is a British director and writer living in NYC. Her films have been shown at major festivals worldwide and have gained Emmy, BAFTA, Grierson, Broadcast and Royal Television Society awards and nominations. Recent feature documentaries include Anna Nicole Smith: You Don’t Know Me, for Netflix; Untouchable, about the survivors of Harvey Weinstein’s abuse, and the system which enabled it, produced by Academy Award-winning producer Simon Chinn; The Lost Sons for CNN Films, the extraordinary story of a kidnapping and mistaken identity; One Deadly Weekend In America, about the young victims of gun violence over one summer weekend and Three Days That Shook Paris, the story of the Paris terror attacks. Her feature documentary Breaking Up With The Joneses was recently included in the UK’s Grierson Trust’s list of the 50 must-see documentaries of the last 50 years.
