Film Information
David dreams of becoming a pianist like his father, José Luis, who initially assumes this will be impossible because of his son's physical disabilities. But David is determined to challenge those assumptions and surpass low expectations. The film chronicles their attempts to learn to work together to realize David's musical goals, culminating in the premiere of a piano concerto José Luis composes especially to accommodate David's needs.
