Film Information

Fran, a pragmatic forty-something, is determined to become a parent on her own terms. She reconnects with Ben, the offbeat classmate she once skipped prom with, to join her for a planned, DIY insemination weekend, hoping to keep the whole thing simple and discreet. The weekend takes unexpected turns as she discovers Ben is autistic and navigating significant mental health challenges. Fran's carefully constructed plan spirals into chaos. With awkward laughs, candid confessions, and an evolving bond at its center, Lone Wolves is a romantic dramedy about friendship and fertility, and the strange, stubborn hope that can surface when life refuses to go according to plan.
