Quemuel "Q" Arroyo is a quintessential New Yorker. He is a former adaptive rock climber, an avid scuba diver, and loves to sail on NYC's waterways. When he’s not on the water, Q serves as the first Chief Accessibility Officer and Senior Advisor to the Chair & CEO of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). He is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts and Science in urban design and history of architecture, and a Master in Public Administration from the Wagner school for public service. He is a Young Alumni Trustee and Co-Chair of the Young Alumni Leaders Circle at NYU, and serves on the boards of several NYC based organizations.
