Elle Jones is a New York—based casting director and producer and the founder of Elle Jones Casting, a ten-person casting team. She co-produced and was casting director for Julia Coulter’s feature film Road to L'Etape Du Tour, which premiered at Cinequest. She has cast projects across film, television, and stage, including films by Daisy Friedman and Jacob LaMendola. She has also collaborated on projects with filmmakers Adrian and Andrew Nuño on both the casting and producing sides. In parallel with her production work, Elle has built a career as a senior human resources leader, with executive roles at Walt Disney World and top PR firms in New York City and has worked with the Dramatists Guild of America on compliance training initiatives. She serves on the Advisory Board of the ReelAbilities Film Festival and advises on inclusive casting, accessibility, and equitable workplace culture in the entertainment industry.
