Katy Talikowska is CEO of the Valuable 500, the global organization of over 500 partners and companies working together to end disability exclusion. Under her leadership, the organization drives change through Synchronized Collective Action, channeling the power of partners with a combined market cap of over $23 trillion to accelerate inclusion for the one in five people living with a disability.

With over a decade of experience at advertising leader AMV BBDO, Katy held senior leadership roles including Chief Client Officer, Chair of BBDO EMEA Talent Engagement Council, and Head of Account Management and Managing Partner. Her creative talent for iconic branding campaigns and inclusive, culture-shifting ideas was exemplified in her key role in the ground-breaking 2016 Maltesers Disability campaign, which garnered prestigious awards and became Maltesers’ most successful campaign in 18 years.

Her international experience spans New Zealand, Australia and the UK working on diverse accounts including Air New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand, PepsiCo, Danone, Nintendo, Casio, British Airways and TfL across agencies including WCRS, M&C Saatchi, and CHI&Partners. Her expertise in multi-discipline communications extends across 25 markets, having served as Global Omnicom lead for Rexona and Global BBDO lead for Snickers. She was recognized as a Marketing Trailblazer of 2019 and served as a mentor for Disability Rights UK from 2016-2020.
