Lucia Rios is a West Michigan-based accessibility advocate and storyteller dedicated to dismantling physical and attitudinal barriers. As a Workforce Navigators Senior Analyst within Salesforce’s Office of Accessibility, she bridges the gap between talent and opportunity by overseeing virtual mentorship and career development for professionals with disabilities.

Drawing from her lived experience with sacral agenesis and spina bifida, Lucia spent 15 years at Disability Network Lakeshore championing systems change. Today, she continues to leverage the power of narrative to foster corporate inclusion and community belonging, ensuring that accessibility is never an afterthought.
